We’ve now launched a new system on Free Stuff World - Country Manager

The new Country Manager massively streamlines setting up a new country to save time when setting up a new country and confirming all the checks have been done. It also makes ongoing maintenance of country pages quicker and easier.

You can find this by logging into WordPress and going to Tools -> Country Manager
