Guest Posts migrated to WOW Admin

Guest post orders have now been migrated to the WOW Admin.

All new guest post orders will be posted here instead of Notion and a full history of past guest posts have been imported into Notion for reference, the only part that has not been imported is the comments on past guest posts, these will remain in Notion for now if they are needed for reference.

When logging into the WOW Admin just go to SEO -> Guest Posts in the top bar navigation to find the new Guest Posts system.

The new guest posts system in WOW Admin supports all the features you are used to:

  • Notification when guest post assigned to you (via email)
  • Order status tabs
  • Comments including tagging

Along with new features:

  • Field to set external order ID/reference
  • Ability to send an email straight from guest posts to the client in one-click
  • Ability to create a draft post on the relevant site straight from the order
