Comment Tagging in Content Plans & Guest Posts

Comment tagging is now live on Content Plans and Guest Posts in WOW Admin so you can tag someone in a comment.

Comment tagging works very similar to how Discussions work in Offer Queue. You tag someone using @ then their username and importantly just like Discussions you must tag them every time you want them to be notified via email.
