Newsletters Updates

Today we've released a few new features to the new Newsletters system in WOW Admin.

Locking Changes

Now when an offer is locked it can only be unlocked by the user who locked it. Sometimes we need to plan an offer into a future newsletter but the rest of the newsletter is not yet ready. To avoid the other users not knowing that an offer has been put into a newsletter not yet scheduled for a reason they can lock it. It is useful to add notes to the newsletter also as to why the offer is included but locking it avoids someone else not realising it needs to be in the newsletter (or the automated system) and swapping it out.

Justification Filter

You can now in the Unscheduled Offers list filter the offers by Justification can be useful when trying to pick an offer from this list.

Unscheduling Improvements

Now when you unschedule a newsletter not all is lost! Previously when you unscheduled a newsletter the allocated offers, notes etc were all reset on the newsletter which was a pain if you were unscheduling just to swap out 1 offer for example. Now all the newsletter contents remains when you unschedule in the interface.
